The app can't find my TV. What should I check?
- Your iPhone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network (not a guest network).
- VPN on the iPhone is off.
- The TV is turned on.
- Local Network access is allowed for NoStrings in iPhone Settings.

How do I turn the TV on over Wi-Fi?
Enable it once in your TV's settings:
- Samsung: turn on "Power On with Mobile" (in the TV's network or connected-devices settings, depending on the model).
- LG: turn on "Mobile TV On" or "Turn on via Wi-Fi" (in the TV's general or connection settings, depending on the model).
Do I have to pay?
No. The basic remote is free forever. Pro is optional: a one-time purchase of $6.99 (Pro Lifetime) that you keep forever and can share with your family.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pro is a single one-time purchase of $6.99. There are no weekly, monthly or yearly plans and nothing renews. With Apple Family Sharing, up to 6 family members can use Pro too.
How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open NoStrings → Settings → Restore Purchases. Family Sharing members get Pro automatically when signed into the same Apple family.
Does the app collect my data?
No. There are no servers, accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Read the Privacy Policy.
